New Separate Building
The new separate building of Radiotherapy Department (Now Regional Cancer Centre) was constructed. The Government of Rajasthan partly shared the cost of building by providing Rs. 25 lacs. Shree Tarachand Keshrichand Bothra family of Bikaner through the Acharya Tulsi Shanti Pratisthan provided rest of the funds. This building was “LOKARPIT” by the Honorable Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gahalot, in the presence of Honorable Health Minister, Honorable Minister for the Department of Personal and IGNP, and other distinguished people on 2nd July 1999.
Cancer Ward
Cancer ward has been constructed by Shree Haldiram Bhujiwala Charitable Trust through Acharya Tulsi Shanti Pratisthan.
Cancer Cottage Ward
Construction of 17 Cancer Cottage Wards has been completed, with the funds made available by donors through Acharya Tulsi Shanti Pratisthan. These Cottages are being used for Cancer patients with effect from 07-07-2003. These cottages were “Lokarpit” on 17-06-2003. Six more cottages were constructed and made available for cancer patients. Thus the Institute now has got 23 Cottage wards exclusively for cancer patients. Out of these six cottages are equipped with air conditioner.
Cobalt-60 Room
After the decommissioning of Theratron-60 Cobalt machine this room is renovated along with the premises in accordance with BARC recommandation for installation of New Bhabhatron.
The Surgical Oncology Wing
It has been constructed through Acharya Tulsi Shanti Pratisthan. Shri Poonam Chand Dholkhedia, Mumbai, Shri Fateh Chand Kundliya, Hyderabad and Shrimati Pana Devi Bachhraj Charitable Trust, Chennai have provided the necessary funds for the construction of the Surgical Oncology Wing. This wing consists of Operation Theatres Post Operative Ward and Surgical Oncology Wards etc.
Construction of Room for Linear Accelerator
The room for Linear Accelerator has been completed with the help of donors through Acharya Tulsi Shanti Pratisthan, Bikaner and was inaugurated by Chief Minister, Govt. of Rajasthan in 2008.
Seminar Hall
A Seminar Hall which has capacity to accommodate about 200 people has been constructed through Acharya Tulsi Shanti Pratisthan, Bikaner with the help of donors.
Telemedicine Centre
The telemedicine centre has been established in our Institute which has become functional with the aid of Govt. of Rajasthan.
Vast Area
There is no dearth of space, as this Institute has a very large area available for further developments.
